Birch Engineering is one of the UK’s leading specialists in laser cutting and metal fabrication services, and has been working with artists, architects and designers for over 50 years, producing highly detailed and distinctive metalworks using the latest CAD and laser cutting technology.

We have been manufacturing architectural pieces since 1992 for artists, including Diane Maclean, Rick Kirby, John Farnham, Paul Bainbridge and Ivor Abrahams. Covering all our customer requirements for developing sculptures and structures from initial drawings right through to transport and Installation of the structure.

Birch Engineering specialises in manufacturing sculptures/structures in a wide variety of materials, including stainless steel, mild steel, core 10, plastics and glass.

Birch Engineering also offer electrical and electronic components to be incorporated into the piece, along with lighting.

I have chosen to work with Birch Engineering as they produce my sculptures to a high standard, are cost-effective, and my reputation as a sculptor is tied into the fact that I work with this excellent firm of engineers
